Surf & Turf Volleyball Club

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for Surf & Turf Volleyball Club purchases, memberships, events, and merchandise.

1. Event Registrations and Tournament Fees

Event registrations and tournament fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion if:

  • An event is canceled by Surf & Turf

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances prevent the event from taking place

If an event is canceled, participants will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit toward a future Surf & Turf event

2. Weather Policy

Surf & Turf events are typically held outdoors and may be affected by weather conditions.

  • Light rain, wind, or overcast conditions do not automatically result in cancellation.

  • Unsafe conditions such as lightning, extreme weather, or hazardous court conditions may result in delay, rescheduling, or cancellation.

  • Decisions regarding weather-related delays or cancellations are made at the discretion of Surf & Turf organizers.

If an event is shortened or delayed due to weather but still takes place, refunds may not be issued.

3. Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has started.

If a membership is canceled before it begins, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

4. Merchandise

All merchandise is made to order unless stated otherwise.

  • Merchandise purchases are final sale

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can address the issue.

5. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us before filing a chargeback. We are happy to help resolve issues directly when possible.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
