This Refund Policy explains how refunds, credits, and cancellations are handled for Surf & Turf Volleyball Club events, leagues, memberships, and merchandise.
1. Event Registrations and Tournament Fees
All league registrations and tournament entries are final sale.
No refunds will be issued within 72 hours of the event start time or league start date.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event or league start time may receive a refund or credit at the discretion of Surf & Turf.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
If Surf & Turf cancels an event, participants will receive either:
• A credit toward a future Surf & Turf event, or
• A rescheduled date
Refunds are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.
2. Weather Policy
Surf & Turf events are typically held outdoors and may be affected by weather.
Light rain, wind, or overcast conditions do not automatically result in cancellation.
If unsafe conditions occur, including lightning, extreme weather, or hazardous court conditions, Surf & Turf may delay, reschedule, shorten, or cancel the event at its discretion.
If an event is shortened due to weather but still takes place, refunds will not be issued.
If Surf & Turf cancels an event due to unsafe weather, players will receive a credit or a rescheduled date. Refunds are not guaranteed.
All weather decisions are final.
3. Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership period has started.
If a membership is canceled before it begins, a refund may be issued at the discretion of Surf & Turf.
4. Merchandise
All merchandise is made to order unless stated otherwise.
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing or preference.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can address the issue.
5. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us before filing a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues directly when possible.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting Surf & Turf may result in removal from future events.
6. Changes to This Policy
Surf & Turf reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
